Calendar — dragging a session to another day

From plan to feedback

Plan it, share it, review it, adjust it — without leaving the app.

Training editor — building a session set by set

Build it set by set

Every set gets its own reps, load and difficulty target — not one prescription for the whole exercise. Athletes log what they actually performed, set by set.

Draft it, publish it, drag it

Build in private with autosave — your athlete sees nothing until you publish. Then move a session to another day by dragging it: month view on desktop, week on your phone.

Draft to published, from the calendar
Video feedback on an athlete's attempt

Review the lift, not just the numbers

Athletes upload form videos from the session. Your comments land on that training, not in a chat thread you'll never find again.

One platform, both sides of the coaching relationship

For trainers

  • Build programs set by set, in any unit you coach in
  • Deliver them straight to your athlete's calendar
  • Review form videos and answer where the work happened
  • See who trained, what they hit, and what's next
See what trainers get

For athletes

  • Your coach's plan in your pocket, session by session
  • Log every set as you go — and add your own columns
  • A demo video on every exercise in the library
  • Or plan your own trainings, competitions and PBs, with no coach at all

Rate your trainer, and read what others said

  • AddedAthletes can now review a trainer — one to five stars, and as much or as little text as you like with it. The button is on the trainer's page in the catalog, beside their name. You do not have to have trained with them, and each trainer can be reviewed once. Your review is published under your full name, and the form says so before you send it. Afterwards you can change the stars, change the text, or take the review down again: it is yours, and nobody else can touch it. The trainer is told when a review arrives and when a rating changes.
  • AddedEvery trainer in the catalog now shows their rating and how many reviews it is made of — on their card and on their page, and nothing at all rather than a zero until somebody has reviewed them. Rating joins the Sort by menu, and it counts the reviews as well as the average: 4.6 from forty athletes places above 5.0 from one, so a single review cannot lift anybody to the top. Trainers nobody has reviewed yet come last.
  • ImprovedMy trainers now shows each of your trainers as the card you found them on — photo, rating and prices — and the card opens their page, which is where a review is written. A trainer who has not published a profile keeps their place in the list, with your contact details for them as before.

See the catalog your profile is in

  • AddedAs a trainer you can now open the trainer catalog and read it the way athletes do. It is a second tab beside My profile, so writing your profile and seeing how it reads among everyone else's happens in one place. Your own listing is in there too, marked as yours and in the position it really landed in — the clearest way to see what finishing your profile actually changes.

Show how many athletes you coach

  • AddedYou can now show how many athletes you coach on your trainer profile. It stays off until you turn it on — the switch is at the end of your profile form, under your website. Only the athletes you are actively coaching are counted, the number keeps itself up to date as your client list changes, and nothing appears at all while you have no active clients. If you leave it off you lose nothing: it has no effect on where you appear in the trainer catalog.
